Returns and Exchanges Policy

At FFOMart, we are determined to ensure fast, fresh and very timely deliveries. We are excited about your purchase and we want you to be as happy too. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would like to be the first to know and we will comply with our return policy.

  1. As some items are perishable, any item found defective or damaged must be reported by phone to our hot line +234 8037134325 or by mail to support@ffomart.comwithin 24hours from the time of order if not at the time of delivery quoting your order number and details of the complaint.
  2. All items must be in their original packaging with company labels intact.
  3. Items must not be opened, used and unscrewed.
  4. Original receipts need to be included.
  5. Goods will be exchanged only for damaged or defective items. We reserve the right to do the exchange with an item of a similar value or brand or providing online store credits. Cash refunds are not available.
  6. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original returned or exchanged items.
